Rates and Terms are subject to change without notice. No pets and No smoking. Smoking is only permitted outside the house.
Deposit/Payment: We require a 50% deposit to confirm your reservations 2 weeks prior to rental, with the balance due 5 days prior to your scheduled of arrival date. The rental deposit fee is non refundable unless we are able to rebook the dates you had reserved. All rentals are charged a $300.00 refundable security deposit and a $80.00 cleaning fee. Our renters lease agreement requires the lessee to be at least 25 years old or older, proof of age will be required. The lessee and co lessee must stay at the rental house for the duration of the rental.
